Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Metro deliveries will arrive approximately within 1-3 business days from the date of shipment. Regional deliveries may take an additional 1-2 days.

All orders placed before 1 pm are packaged and sent on the day of the order

International deliveries are sent via DHL Express and will arrive between 3-5 business days.

Domestic and international delivery estimates may be affected if the courier company is experiencing service updates, delays and/or disruptions. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes.

What does Return stand for?

Return stands for your ability to physically return your parcel to us. Return does not mean a refund. Please refer to our return policy for further information about your product.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, AfterPay and Zip Pay. (Please note, Zip Pay is unavailable on pre-order purchases).

Pre-Order

What is a pre-order?

Pre-ordering an item secures your size on the spot. When stock is received at our warehouse, orders will be dispatched to customers who have placed a pre-order before it is made available to the general public.

When will my pre-order be sent?

Pre-ordered pieces will be delivered to you as specified on the product item. Once you have purchased your item, we will ship it to you as soon as it becomes available. Once posted, you will receive an email with the tracking number, so you know when to expect your item.

If I purchase multiple items, will all my items be shipped together?

When purchasing a pre-order piece, any items from our current collection in your Shopping Bag won’t be shipped until the pre-order is ready to be sent. If you’d prefer to receive the currently available pieces sooner, we’d suggest placing a separate order to avoid confusion and delays.

Can I exchange or return my pre-order before I receive it?

The same returns policy applies to pre-order items as items that are in stock.
