We offer Free Express Shipping on all Australian orders over $300.

The Silk Leppard website allows for delivery to the below countries:

New Zealand
United Kingdom

For other countries please email: to arrange shipping.

Australian deliveries are sent via Australia Express Post. Metro deliveries will arrive approximately within 1-3 business days from the date of shipment. Regional deliveries may take an additional 1-2 days.

All orders placed before 1 pm are packaged and sent on the day of the order


International deliveries are sent via DHL Express and will arrive between 3-5 business days.

Domestic and international delivery estimates may be affected if the courier company is experiencing service updates, delays and/or disruptions.


Orders are sent during standard business hours Monday to Friday, and purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

All orders placed before 1 pm Sydney time are dispatched on the same day.

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder, or email us here.

Please be aware that online orders are not processed over the weekends or on public holidays.

In the case of any delay in processing times, you will be notified by email.

Silk Leppard accepts returns (return does mean refund) purchased from within 7 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions: 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached including our "Once this tag is removed, this garment cannot be returned" tag. 

We cannot refund or accept returns on clothing that has been worn or used.

Returns are only accepted with proof of purchase.

We strictly do not accept returns that have been worn for press and styling purposes including photoshoots.

Silk Leppard reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without authorisation.

Silk Leppard does not refund international prepaid duties and taxes paid.

Returns and exchanges are sent at the customer’s expense, return postage costs are not refundable and we do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items.


We understand that choosing the right size can be hard when purchasing online so we happily accept exchanges for the same style in a different size or colour within 7 days of receiving your item. Exchanges are processed upon receipt of returned item/s and are based on stock availability.

Once the item being exchanged is received at Silk Leppard HQ, we will conduct a quality review and once cleared we will send out your exchange request as soon as possible while notifying you with new tracking.

N.B Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached including our "Once this tag is removed, this garment cannot be returned" tag. 


If an item is deemed faulty by a Silk Leppard representative, then you will be offered a free repair, replacement or refund depending on the fault. Please contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged.

General wear and tear will not be accepted as a fault. Please follow the care instructions as mistreatment of garments can not be accepted as a fault. Faulty items must be deemed a manufacturing fault for a refund to be issued.

2. Package a copy of the filled-out returns form and your Silk Leppard item/s that are to be returned and send via courier within 7 days of receiving your Silk Leppard delivery.

3. Email a copy of the filled-out returns form to and the tracking number of the return parcel. 

4. Once we have received the item/s they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, we will process your exchange or refund. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed, this will occur within 5 business days of receiving your return. 

Returns will only be accepted with proof of purchase on items within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside their respective period will not be accepted.
